The
Garden's Oracle Reading for February 2008
And when
the Faeries speak, you'd better listen, or they will whack you on the foot with your
Faerie Oracle Deck and hide your keys, cigarettes and wallet!!

Card 27 Nelys the Alchemyst
When Nelys turn up in your reading, get ready for things to happen, inwardly and
outwardly. The stuck become unstuck, the blocked begins to move. You may have to run to
keep up with the speed at which the situation around you is moving. You may also be
surprised at the direction things (and you) are taking. You may find your plans, even your
desires and dreams, changing as the transformative process takes place. It might not have
been in your plans, but later on you will look back and say, "Wow! It wasn't what I
expected, but it was just what I needed."
When we have been through such an alchemical process, we can never go back to what we were
before - which is probably just as well.

Card 49 Mikle ą Muckle
Lighten up~ What is needed here is the benefit of a child-like, trusting heart and
childlike wisdom, seeing directly into the true nature of things. Don't complicate
matters. What you see is what you get. Don't look for hidden and subtle meanings and
motivations because they are not there in this case. Go to the heart of the matter, the
simple core hidden behind complexities. Done be so caught up in thinking about the future
that you can't see what is happening now.
Welcome adventure into your life. Try something you've never done before.
And take some time to play with Mikle before you turn into a grumpy glumph or a worn out
wurg.

Card 52 The Rarr
A Rarr in your cards encourages you to be especially attentive to what you are doing with
your energy and intentions. Don't get carried away by the Rarr's bouncy enthusiasm, but do
take advantage of the energy. You can accomplish a great deal with the energy being made
available to you. This is a good time. Note that the Rarr is not grounded, and is not
meant to be- but humans need to keep their feet firmly on the earth. When you encounter
the Rarr, breathe slowly. Center. Earth yourself, be clear about your objectives and then
go for them.

Card 11 The Singer of
Transfiguration
Jackpot! This card in a reading signifies the joy of success after a time of struggle. A
new way of life has been accepted and is being integrated. A sense of inner peace is
growing. The struggle has all been worth it. This is a time of consolidation and joy, and
is both a reward for past achievements and a time of preparation for the next climb up the
path.

Card 22 The Master Maker
Do whatever you do as well as you can. And then make it even better. The Master Maker
reminds us that our very best work is always desirable, and in the present situation, it
is necessary for success. In fact, he asks that we surpass our previous best. Don't cut
corners and don't take the easy way. Whether making a thing or fulfilling a concept, be
sure the design is elegant, pure, and functional, and then follow it, attending to every
detail in its turn. He says, "Design beyond your skill, and then raise the level of
your skill to fulfill it." Give and accept only the best, and do it with love of your
craft, whatever that craft may be.
This card speaks of long lasting achievement, creative problem solving, and confident
action. It may suggest cooperation with others, especially from a position of
responsibility, or of teaching one's craft to others. Success comes from practical
application of traditional principles, in life and in work.
